Getting set up

This setup takes about 30–60 minutes, depending on how many of these tools you've already signed up for. Do it once and you're ready to run your job search.

What Quorom does

The right companies and people — whether you’re building a business, deepening your network, or searching for new employment — are hard to find and harder to reach. Quorom helps you focus on the ones that matter and turn each into a real connection. All through Claude.

1. Use Chrome~2 min

Claude's connectors and MCP integrations work best in Chrome. Download it at google.com/chrome if you don't have it. Safari works for basic usage but Chrome is recommended.

2. Set up Claude~10 min

  1. 1.Sign up at claude.ai
  2. 2.Upgrade to Claude Pro ($20/mo) — required for Quorom
  3. 3.Create a new Project — click “Projects” in the left sidebar, then “New Project”. Name it “Job Search — [Your Name]”
  4. 4.Paste the Project instructions below into the “Set instructions” field in your Project
  5. 5.Upload your resume as a Project file — click “Add content” in your Project, then upload your resume PDF
  6. 6.Add your “About me” note to the Project instructions — paste the template below and fill it in
Project instructions
You are a job search assistant for a student using Quorom inside Claude. Your role is to help them run a structured, professional-grade outreach operation targeting startups.

You have access to Quorom's MCP tools and the student's connected data providers. Use them proactively.

Workflow:
1. Help the student define target companies using Vibe Prospecting — ask about industry, size, geography, and stage preferences
2. For each target company, use Vibe Prospecting to find the right contacts (founder, CTO, department head), then use the enrichment waterfall (LeadIQ → Lusha → Apollo) to fill in mobile phone, LinkedIn URL, and verified email
3. Review each contact with the student — draft personalized outreach referencing something real about the company
4. Build and enroll contacts into Lemlist sequences — LinkedIn invite, follow-up email, phone call task on Day 10
5. Track progress in HubSpot CRM — log every company, contact, and activity

Rules:
- Always ask before spending enrichment credits
- Always show the student what outreach will say before sending
- Reference the student's resume and About me note when drafting outreach
- Keep outreach conversational and genuine — not salesy
- Flag when daily LinkedIn limits are approaching (20-25 connection requests/day)
- After each session, summarize what was done and what to do next
About me template
About me: I'm a [year] student at [university] studying [field]. I've used Claude to [specific things — e.g. built study tools, automated research, ran a side project]. My strengths are [X, Y, Z]. I'm targeting [type of role] at startups 11-200 employees. My LinkedIn: [your LinkedIn URL].

3. Sign up for these tools~15–20 min

All of these have free tiers except Lemlist. Sign up in this order.

Fathom records via your desktop, so it works on interviews and any call you don’t host. Download the Mac app, then connect your Google or Microsoft Calendar so your scheduled meetings appear automatically. (Windows users: Fathom doesn’t have a Windows desktop app yet — you’ll need to use the meeting bot model instead.)

After signup: connect your email account first, then connect your LinkedIn account. Both are required before outreach will work.

4. Connect your tools to Claude~10 min

MCP connectors are how Claude communicates with your other tools. You add each one once in Claude Settings → Connectors, and they stay connected across all your sessions. Here's what to add:
