Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Quorom, a meeting intelligence service operated by Quorom (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using Quorom, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using Quorom on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

1. The Service

Quorom provides a meeting intelligence platform that connects to your meeting sources (Zoom, Google Calendar, Gong), identifies external attendees, and enables you to capture and manage contact information through Claude, Anthropic’s AI assistant. The service includes a web dashboard, an MCP server for use with Claude, and integrations with third-party tools including LeadIQ, Salesforce, and HubSpot.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use Quorom. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly at legal@quorom.io if you believe your account has been compromised.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Accounts may not be transferred to another person or organization without our prior written consent.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use Quorom only for lawful business purposes consistent with its intended function. You agree not to:

  • —Use Quorom to collect or process personal data without a lawful basis under applicable privacy law
  • —Use Quorom to capture contact information about individuals who have not consented to being contacted in a business context
  • —Attempt to access other accounts, systems, or data that you are not authorized to access
  • —Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service
  • —Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the service to third parties without our written consent
  • —Use the service to transmit malware, spam, or any content that violates applicable law
  • —Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the service beyond normal use through our supported interfaces
  • —Circumvent any rate limits, access controls, or security measures

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these provisions without notice.

4. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the data you bring into Quorom. This includes meeting participant data imported from Zoom, Google Calendar, and Gong, as well as contact captures and CRM identifiers you record through the service. We claim no ownership over your data.

You grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not use your data to train models, sell to third parties, or for any purpose beyond operating Quorom.

5. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Quorom, you agree to the practices described there.

6. Third-Party Integrations

Quorom connects to third-party services including Zoom, Google, Gong, Salesforce, HubSpot, and LeadIQ. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.

When you connect a third-party service, you authorize us to access and process data from that service on your behalf, within the scope of permissions you grant. You may revoke these connections at any time from your account settings.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee any specific uptime or availability. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the service at any time. For material changes that affect core functionality, we will provide reasonable advance notice where possible.

8. Intellectual Property

Quorom and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the service without our written permission. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $100 USD.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party’s rights.

12. Termination

You may stop using Quorom and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at legal@quorom.io.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Sections 4, 8, 9, 10, and 11 survive termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
